At Pen & Friends, every song is created with care and intention. Because our products are digital and personalized, we have specific policies in place to ensure clarity and fairness for everyone.

Please read the information below before purchasing.

 Digital Product Policy

All Pen & Friends songs are digital downloads.
No physical items are shipped.

Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a song has been delivered.

Fully Custom Songs (Written From Scratch)

Fully custom songs are created uniquely for your child using the details you provide at checkout.

Refunds

• Fully custom songs are non-refundable

• Once work has begun, refunds cannot be issued

Revisions

• One (1) complimentary minor revision is included
  (Examples: pronunciation adjustment, small lyric tweak)

• Revisions do not include:

  • Rewriting the entire song

  • Changing the song style after delivery

  • Creating a new song

Additional revisions may be available for a fee.

Personalized name Songs & Bundles (Pre-Recorded)

Name-swap songs feature your child’s name added to a pre-recorded track.

Refunds

• Personalized name songs and bundles are non-refundable

Corrections

• If there is an error in the child’s name pronunciation due to a technical issue or mistake on our end, we are happy to correct it.

• We cannot offer revisions for:

  • Preference changes

  • Song style expectations

  • Names entered incorrectly at checkout
